RESPONSIBILITIES

I. JOB SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepares the attendance records for Patient Care payroll and prepares and/or maintains other related reports and records.

II. TYPICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Essential:  standing, sitting, walking, stooping/bending, twisting body, finger dexterity, seeing, hearing, speaking, repetitive arm/hand motions, frequent gripping of an object.  Occasional:  climbing stairs, twisting body, lifting, pushing/pulling and carrying usual weight of 5 pounds; reaching above, at and below shoulder level.  Operates computer, calculator, typewriter.

III. TYPICAL WORKING CONDITIONS
Not substantially subjected to adverse environmental conditions.
Work environment is fast paced and frequently stressful due to payroll deadlines.

IV. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
A. Education/Certification and Licensure:
1.Business school degree/certificate in accounting or bookkeeping or equivalent work experience.

B. Experience:
1.One year office experience, preferably in payroll.
